Was extremely pleased with the ease of dropping off the car, being transported to and from the airport and registering for the room. The room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would suggest having breakfast included in the package. Will stay here again.
Location was good, very close to the airport. Easy check in. Room was in good condition, large and comfortable. Complimentary coffee was available at 0545 am and shuttle was on time at 0600 with a very nice driver.

The hotel was great and we love being able to leave our car there for a few days, using the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport.
The room was very nice but the bar in tub was pulled almost all the way from wall and the soap dispenser was empty
Clean, close, comfortable
I have stayed here a few times and am always happy with the comfort and convenience. It is old, so rooms are very dated but nice enough for an overnight stay before a flight. Staff is pleasant. Wish the shuttle was 24 hours, as our flight was delayed and we just missed the 11 pm pick up so had to take a cab. A To Go breakfast would be great for those leaving super early. Overall, worth the price and will book again.

Our room was very nice, neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location and proximity to airport was wonderful. Shuttle to airport right on time! We returned after midnight so shuttle was not running but cab got us there in under 5 minutes. Car was safe and sound! Great Mexican restaurant nearby, walking distance! Only negative strong smell of smoke in lobby and hallways but NOT in the room!
From the time we checked in, the woman that checked us in was very nice. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant/bar. We sat at the bar and Monica, the bar tender was fantastic! Big smile, very friendly and great service! Really helped to make our evening great!! We will definitely stay here again and have Monica be our bar tender!
The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport was on time and easy to use as well. Have a hamburger at the restaurant inside the hotel, my kids said it was the best burger they’ve had in a long time.

I\'ve done a few of the park sleep hotels near ATL but this was by far the best. The Skytrain, which runs 24 hours, is right next to the hotel, so no waiting for shuttles or getting taxis or anything. I was from baggage claim to a hot shower in 20 mins. Also, this is a step up from the other hotels who do the park sleep thing. The room was very nice and the woman at the front desk was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I\'ve found my park sleep hotel from here on out!

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly. The shuttle service to the airport didn\'t happen. I had to ask for assistance to get another form of transportation to the airport. It cost $25 . The carpet in the hallways looked worn form a new hotel .
Ideal for all travelers
We arrived at this hotel to park our car then fly to west coast for 3 weeks then stay at hotel. We did indeed do this but the hotel informed us they were no longer participating in this program. They graciously agreed to let us participate because we had all ready made the arrangements. Our car was fine when we got back and the hotel itself was immaculate but this could have been a disaster because of ParkSleep poor service. Do not reserve this hotel through park sleep. They are no longer participating in parking your car there and they have limited space. However there are several off airport parking lots within a mile of park sleep. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and cheerful hospitality of the hotel. We will stay there again while using the off airport parking up the road.
The hotel was good. Staff was accommodating. The shuttle service friendly and efficient.
We loved the room and easy access to ATL, but we were charged 3x for the room on our credit card. Thankfully the wrong charges were reversed, but no one seemed to know how to get the right amount for a while. It was only after we left that the final amount was charged. So be careful!!!
The hotel was very nice BUT, I feel it is very misleading on the website when booking. We needed to park the car for 24 days. It asked me how many days the car would be parked and these days were on my final reservations. I received a bill for another $255 via email. I was told on the hotel\'s amenity page(not even on the website you are booking on) it tells you what the per day charge is after the 7 days. It says this NOWHERE on my reservations or when booking. Very misleading and disappointing.
Beautiful inside and out. We got great service from very friendly, helpful folks. Our room was centrally located and excellent for our stays, both before our departing flight and after our return.
Nice and convenient
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The shuttle was on time. I do recommend this hotel.
My only criticism was that we did not get our wake up call that I had asked for the night before.
