I stayed one night and have no complaints whatsoever about my room or the hotel itself. The staff were friendly, courteous, respectful and went out of their way to help. I was new to the area, it was dark and traffic was extremely heavy, being Christmas Eve. I didn't have GPS and missed the turn up to the hotel, which is set back and trying to find the way to go back to the other side of the highway was harrowing . The staff were wonderful in trying to help me find my way, I am extremely grateful. The room was clean, comfortable (once I turned up the temperature) and I had a good night's sleep. (I only gave poor review for location because after missing the turn, it took me a LONG time to find my way back due to heavy traffic & poor/lack of road signs. If I'd had GPS I'd have probably been fine!)
Due to an impending snowstorm, we decided to drive to Boston the night before our flight as part of a park fly shuttle package. Imagine our surprise and disappointment when we were told that they did not provide a shuttle to the airport!
Apparently there was a local power failure just before our arrival. As a result the TV system had gone down. Still only ha 3 channels several hours later.

Always a clean and friendly stay. The breakfast is always great and the staff is very nice. The shuttle driver who is on mornings is very nice and very helpful! That is why I come back year after year.

Our flight home was late so we didn\'t get to the hotel until after midnight but we were greeted with the nicest person behind the front desk, given complementary water and told to call them if we needed ANYTHING. Super nice staff
The hotel was very Rey comfortable and clean. Only problem was there is no shuttle service to the airport because of Covid. The hotel arranged a taxi for the following morning but it was 15 minutes late, Free breakfast is not available.

Room was great as was the rate. But there was no complimentary airport shuttle, which I expected was a given for a park/sleep/fly facility. A taxi to/from hotel added another $80 for transportation between hotel and airport.
Front desk staff was super friendly(especially Nat) Got us checked in and made arrangements with Lyft for us. Room was great. Nice and clean. Going to make it my go to place whenever we fly out of Boston from now on. Very easy to get to

Loved the new renovations to this Hampton Inn. Staff bent over backwards to meet our needs during a power outage, impacting the hotel. Breakfast was good, as expected. Room clean and neat. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We'll be back!
Maria, was very helpful, changed my room to the first floor, allowed me a late check out since I had just arrived. The room was large and comfortable. It was great! I was disappointed there was no free breakfast. The price was a little steep.
Nice Hotel, close to airport.
The location is easy to get to and close to everything, walking distance to grab dinner. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport right on schedule and got us to the airport in a breeze
this is your basic sleep-before-an-early-flight hotel. It is farther from the airport than I thought but fine. We had to park in the overflow lot which was ok given the weather but if it had been snowing or raining it would have been a major bummer-maybe 100-150 yds from entrance, carrying luggage. Once inside the reception staff people were great and helpful. The room was fine, good bed, with fridge, microwave if you want to stay put and eat before you go to bed. Since we were getting up at 4 am, which is why we stayed there, we wanted to get to sleep early, not go out for a meal.

Very clean, great access to Logan airport. Stayed multiple times here because shuttle to airport made it very convenient. VERY disappointed when shuttle not running for us to make our early morning flight. Advertised 24 hour shuttle was not accurate. Would stay again, but only if shuttle available
