Location and room were great, included free breakfast, but did not start till 7am, our flight required us to be on the shuttle at 6am, need to start breakfast earlier for early flights.

The staff, room and amenities were all fine for a one night stay with the option to leave your vehicle while you were on vacation. The shuttle to the airport was spot on at 4:30 a.m. The return shuttle, which the hotel recording says will take 30-40 minutes to arrive. We waited with 2 other groups for the return shuttle and it took over an hour. Fairfield subs their shuttles out to a 3rd party company. Only downside.

Check in was friendly, efficient and quick. Had early departure the next day. Left car for airport parking and used hotel shuttle. Shuttle was efficient also. Beds were a little hard.
Had a nice stay for a quick overnight. The hotel seemed older but was clean. Employees we helpful and friendl .

Typical, well operated overnight stay near airport. Main Feature: allowed us to park there for two weeks, for the price of a night's stay (about $167 vs $120 Pikes Peak Parking, but drive up at 3am). Came from Col Spgs, early flight next morning, efficient free shuttle on both dropoff and pickup (Western Shuttle) - recommend tipping driver a buck or two. Don't count on soft drink machines, though - bring your own.
Has everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen could have been cleaner.
I thought the service was excellent and everyone was very nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and beyond the usual breakfast buffets. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito.
Furniture was shabby, mosquitos were unbearable, staff was pretty indifferent, towels were ragged. We can do better and will not return again. Van driver was not at all helpful and I was working with a recent head injurt and two hip replacements. Customer service was definitely not a priority.
Room was very nice and quiet. Able to leave car for a reasonable fee. Only downside was no shuttle service to DIA.

First time that my husband and I stayed here for a park, sleep, and fly package. The price was excellent, with a nice breakfast. Room was spacious, spotless, with a full kitchen and very comfortable bed! Staff were very friendly, with a smile. Shuttle to and from airport was great - friendly drivers and on time. Will definitely stay here again!
