Came home from a trip after 17 hours in motion, was exhausted, shuttle picked us up moments after calling, slept like a log in clean room that was quiet, had breakfast and picked up our car and was off ! Park, fly, sleep is a great deal! Would reserve this place again. Pd Staff was outstanding and helpful. Place is a bit worn but overall an excellent stop for us.
We had an early morning flight out of iad and I was researching stay park and fly and the best western came up. It was clean, service was great, the shuttle driver was kind on time and even called me to let me know the van was warm and ready! It was a great price and I will be back again!
The Hyatt is wonderful! It's in an excellent location if you're flying out of Dulles. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and the driver was polite and prompt. The room was comfortable and quiet, and all of the amenities were up-to-date. There is a business center to print boarding passes (for free!), and there is a wide variety of breakfast items in the morning. We were able to grab coffee and snacks prior to our 6 a.m. shuttle departure. The hotel is only 7 minutes from Dulles, and it's easy to access. There is a Sheetz convenience store next door, and that's an added plus!
We booked a stay through ParkSleepFly. Doing so we got parking for 9 days plus an overnight for a reasonable rate. The room was very nice and conveniently located for our early morning departure. The only thing wrong with the room was a very weak trickle of a shower. But my main complaint was having to wait 45 minutes at the airport upon return for the shuttle to show up. It was already late and we wanted to hit the road, so that made us even later.
We have never stayed at a Westin before but this one will definitely be our hotel of choice when flying out of Dulles. Beautiful facility, friendly, helpful staff, spotless, large room and the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room, oh and I forgot the amazing shower! The added convenience of being able to leave the car was great along with the 24 hour shuttle service which was pretty darn punctual. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay there again.

Surprisingly nice! Very modern and upscale bar/dining area. Rooms were up to date but most important - it is inside the airport grounds and 1 minute from the terminal. It is in a pastoral setting with plenty of lanes to walk in wooded areas near a large pond. Great place to relax before (or after) your flight.

It was only overnight for a flight, but it was a great stay with having a separate bedroom with french doors and the food court out the back door. Quick check-in, polite staff.
Overall it was good. Things they need improvement on: the shuttle to the airport was slow. We waited 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport. After a long flight, time change etc.. no one wants to wait that long. Our room ran out of toilet paper and tissues. We were literally in the room for 10pm-7am. The room may not have been tended to for a while. Good points.. clean, breakfast was decent and everyone who worked there was pleasant.
The manager was fantastic! Went out of her way to help us. Other staff friendly and professional as well.
Staff are incredibly courteous and the long term parking is such a great perk. Rooms are clean and very quiet and comfortable
I parked at the start of my trip and stayed at the end. Shuttle was prompt, drivers courteous.
We were going to a wedding in Los Angeles and the airport was 2.5 hours away from our house. Reserving the Stay, Park and Fly was fantastic , it was convenient, affordable, and certainly very easy.
Used the park and stay deal. Great location close to the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly.
The checkin was excellent. Shuttle service prompt and friendly both to and from the airport and it was no problem leaving our car there an extra day due to weather.

We did a park, fly, stay at this hotel . Check-in was fine and the shuttle to the airport was very good. We were told the shuttle ran all hours. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed 3hours and we arrived at Dulles at 1AM. Called the hotel- shuttle stops at midnight. Cost us a $25 Uber ride . The room was clean and quiet but that lack of shuttle leaves a bad taste in my mouth
The room was very nice. However, they do not provide shuttle service as stated online and have NOT since COVID-19 began. We were given a reduced room rate. An Uber costs $20 each way from Dulles.
