I got this room for my 20 year old son. When he arrived, they charged him $11 more than what was supposed to be paid at the hotel. They told him it was for taxes. But taxes were supposed to be included. When I told him to go back and demand the $11 back, they only begrudgingly gave him back $8. It's the principle. If you're going to participate on these discount sites, then play nice with your customers.
the hotel was wonderful despite the fact that they never received our reservation. Luckily I had a printout of the e-mailed confirmation.
I signed in to hotel. Very unfriendly. Room was in the basement. Rise to airport ok. Driver gave me a card to call when I returned. Called hotel numerous times. Had to leave messages because no one would answer phone. Finally had to call a cab to get back to hotel and pick up my car. Worst place ever. Will never use this (service?) again.
Room was about 10% less expensive booking through www.stayparktravel.com as directly. We were only there to sleep and board a 6:00 am flight. Hotel had good, full breakfast out at 4:30am for early travelers. Surprised us! Comfy bed. Clean. Quiet (Friday night.) Warm (7 degrees outside), on-time shuttle to airport. When we got back 8 days later, quick-response warm shuttle late in the evening (20 degrees outside) back to hotel to get our vehicle. Very convenient. Happy, helpful shuttle drivers. We will do it again when flying out of MCI.
I had a one night stay and it was fine and reasonable. I enjoyed being driven to the airport and being picked up on my return. The managers were friendly. Thank you.
Good place to stay for the night and then fly out plus leave your car, will use them again!
People were friendly. Only stayed a few hours prior to flying out on vacation. Room seemed decent and clean. It did the trick for a few hour rest.
Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was plentiful in choices and tasty. My only negative was the bathroom in the main lobby was a disaster. The front office said that they were waiting to clean it up until the corporate people saw it, due to a party the evening before being the responsible party. I feel like they should’ve cleaned it up for the other customers.
Excellent location near airport. Transportation was prompt and friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is very basic but serves its purpose.
This is a perfect place to stay for travelers from KC area who need to stay at the airport the night before an early morning flight. The airport shuttle service was on time and efficiently run!
The location was great only 3 miles from the airport. It iced stormed and snowed while we were gone, but on our return the auto was ice / snow covered. It would have been great if the auto was cleared of ice/snow upon our return.
Hotel was recently remodeled, and the room was very nice. The breakfast was very nice as well. The shuttle to the airport leaves every 20 minutes and is just 5 minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn again. Great value!
I used the Embassy Suites for Park and Fly. I was gone for 12 days, so parked there on the front end and stayed on my night back after my late flight. The staff was so helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was speedy, convenient and the driver was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and calming (with it\'s indoor fountains creating white noise). They provide a free breakfast as well...but I slept in instead of eating. When parking, I was able to park near the entry--not in some parking lot far away, which was great and unexpected. I will definitely use this hotel again!
