SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Airport South FLORENCE

Great place to stay, the tolit was a little bit confusing.

We had a nice experience at the Spring Hill Suites as part of the Park, Sleep, Travel program. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The airport shuttle was convenient and the driver was punctual and helpful with our luggage. We felt safe leaving our vehicle on the property while we traveled. The only reason we did not give it 5 out of 5 stars was because the breakfast items were barely warm. GREAT BOLD COFFEE, though!

This is an awesome hotel to Stay, park and fly!

Need soap holder in toilet half of the bathroom. It is nice that they are separate, but the toilet half sink is small and does not have soap or a soap holder? This seem odd in the age of Covid and for general cleanliness. Otherwise, clean, pleasant and large comfortable room.

Stayed one night on park n fly deal and will park for two weeks. Well lit parking lot. Hotel very clean . Large room . Nice layout. Will stay here again. Staff efficient and helpful.

I have to tell you that this hotel provides the BEST customer service!! Not only was the room absolutely perfect and the hotel accommodations very nice, the hotel staff went above and beyond when my frontier flight was unexpectedly and unexplainably cancelled without assistance, Dana who had already taken us to the airport, came back for us adding that she had checked us back into our room and gave us yet another lift back to the airport 5 hours later when a new flight had been purchased! I was very impressed with both your facility AND your staff!

We only stayed for one night before our flight out of CVG on the morning. The hotel room was very nice and recently updated. The room was very clean. They had a decent complimentary breakfast with many options. The shuttle service was on time taking us to the airport and the location was close and convenient.
